A Walk in the Woods & Meditation

Service Description

Join Kristie on a short walk to her sacred place in the South Mountain Reservation. We will gather, ground in nature, share, experience. Kristie will lead a meditation and we will just relish in all that mother nature has to offer us that day. We will be crossing a very small stream so please wear appropriate footwear.
